Shortlisted – World Food Photography Awards 2023
I captured this image while on vacation in Maine. To me, it’s the essence of a New England summer—a fresh cooked lobster served in a simple beige bowl, sitting on a classic red-and-white checkered tablecloth.
I wanted to document the honest, vibrant colors and the nostalgia of a traditional lobster dinner exactly as it felt in the moment.
